As part of the forum, thematic conferences were held under the topics: “E-commerce – Diversifying export markets and applying digital technology for businesses” and “Panorama of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce – a path forward for Vietnamese exporters.”

The event served as a platform to foster e-commerce connections, offering practical opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to enhance competitiveness and collaborate in expanding to international markets. At the thematic conferences, numerous speakers, experts, and representatives from major corporations and enterprises shared insights on applying technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to help businesses optimize operations, reduce costs, and analyze market trends, on multi-channel e-commerce models, and on the role of digital technology in driving digital transformation and streamlining production processes.
