At the conference, Le Van Thung, Head of the Customs Sub-Department Region XVIII, stated that in 2025, the global, domestic, and Dong Nai economies are expected to continue facing difficulties. Many businesses will still have to strive to balance production, seek new orders, and stabilize their workforce to sustain operations. In coordination with the customs sector and provincial authorities, the Customs Sub-Department Region XVIII has proactively implemented measures to help ease difficulties and create favorable conditions for local enterprises.
With its efforts in administrative reform and facilitation, the customs sector contributed to Dong Nai’s import-export turnover reaching USD 48.3 billion since the beginning of the year, up 13.8% compared with the same period in 2024. State budget revenue reached nearly VND 16.2 trillion, achieving more than 75% of the annual estimate.
