Accordingly, during inspections at communes and wards, the delegation reviewed and evaluated the investment and operation of information technology infrastructure, intranet systems, internet connections, and specialized data transmission lines at commune-level People’s Committees. The focus was on reports, petitions, and proposals related to the procurement of equipment for professional tasks and the commune-level public administrative service unit.

In addition, the delegation reviewed the situation of registering identification codes, digital signatures, digital certificates, and accounts for units, officials, and civil servants, as well as the use of the province’s shared systems and the implementation of digitized administrative procedures. At the same time, the delegation listened to and exchanged views with localities on the reception and implementation of digital transformation projects and IT applications in their areas after the provincial merger, along with difficulties, obstacles, and proposed solutions to improve digital transformation at the commune level…

On September 9, the delegation conducted a working session and surveyed the progress of digital transformation in La Nga and Phu Hoa communes. The localities submitted proposals to the Department of Science and Technology, requesting guidance and support for comprehensive investment in IT infrastructure. They also called for specialized training programs with hands-on practice on new software to enable officials and civil servants to address issues arising during system operation promptly.
