On the afternoon of September 24, Colonel Nguyen Phuong Dang, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Police Department, presided over a meeting to implement the security and public order plan for the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term. Attending the meeting were representatives from the Provincial Military Command and leaders from various provincial and local police units under the Dong Nai Police Department.

At the meeting, representatives of the provincial police reviewed the coordination plan between the Dong Nai Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command, along with the Dong Nai Provincial Police’s plan to ensure security and public order for the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
The plan assigns specific responsibilities to each unit and local police force, aiming to proactively implement professional security measures, intensify patrols and surveillance in key areas and critical routes, thereby contributing to the overall safety and security across the province.

At the meeting, representatives from local police units and the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command contributed additional recommendations to help finalize the plan. Discussions centered on the allocation of forces and resources to ensure adequate personnel and equipment for maintaining security and order throughout the congress-related activities, particularly at key venues hosting major events.
Concluding the meeting, Colonel Nguyen Phuong Dang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized the need to strengthen coordination among forces, ensure thorough preparation, and maintain a constant state of readiness for all possible scenarios to prevent passivity or surprise. He directed police units to regularly conduct inspections, training, and drills for various response plans. He also underscored the importance of integrating security and public order efforts with public outreach and communication to build a solid all-people national defense posture and a strong people’s security network, forming a foundation for the successful protection of the congress.
