Continuing review of preparations for the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of Dong Nai Province

On the afternoon of September 26, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, and Standing Vice Chairman of the Emulation and Commendation Council of Dong Nai Province, Nguyen Huu Dinh, chaired a meeting to review preparations for the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of Dong Nai Province, for the 2025-2030 period.

Reporting on the organization of the congress, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, Doan Thi Thu Thuy, said: On September 25, the Standing members and Standing Boards of the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the organization of the congress. The event is slated for October 15 at the Provincial Events and External Relations Center. The congress will gather about 500 delegates, including central and provincial guests and more than 300 exemplary individuals. The theme of the congress is: “Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build Dong Nai Province into a green, civilized, modern province, joining the whole country in entering a new era”. The program will be broadcast live on the channels and digital platforms of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television.

At the meeting, delegates contributed opinions to the draft plan and draft program for organizing the congress; the draft plan for receiving the central delegation; the draft list of delegates attending the National Patriotic Emulation Congress; and proposals for exemplary individuals to present reports and participate in exchanges at the congress.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, and Standing Vice Chairman of the Emulation and Commendation Council of Dong Nai Province, Nguyen Huu Dinh, requested the Department of Home Affairs - the standing body for organizing the congress, to take in the comments voiced at the meeting, finalize the related contents, and promptly submit them for approval and issuance.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council also noted: The Department of Home Affairs should review the structure of delegates and make appropriate adjustments. For central guests, it is necessary to establish contact soon to arrange a detailed reception schedule. For delegates from afar, accommodation and meals must be ensured safely.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, Nguyen Huu Dinh, also emphasized that Members of the congress organizing committee and relevant units must pay close attention to leadership, direction, and coordination to ensure the congress's success.
