According to the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Commissions for Information and Education and for Mass Mobilization, the committee has so far received feedback from several central-level ministries and agencies on the draft documents to be submitted to the 2025–2030 Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress. These include the Central Commission for Internal Affairs, Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, the Party Committee of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Office of the Party Central Committee, and the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc for the tenure 2025-2030.

These agencies offered in-depth, thoughtful, and comprehensive feedback covering key thematic areas in the draft documents. This valuable input will help improve the overall quality of the Congress documents, ensuring their ideological soundness, scientific basis, practical relevance, and feasibility.

The feedback focused on several significant areas, including the Congress theme; economic development and infrastructure; science, technology, and digital transformation; culture, society, healthcare, and education; social housing and environment; national defense, security, and border protection; and foreign affairs and international integration.

Particularly, regarding the congress theme, several agencies suggested making the theme more concise and impactful, avoiding unnecessary breadth. The revised version now clearly articulates four core, mobilizing components.

Economy and Infrastructure: Central agencies called for more focused and high-impact data, such as GRDP, Long Thanh Airport, PCI, and SIPAS. In response, the province updated its documents to include key indicators like GRDP growth, per capita income, and total social investment capital.

Science, Technology, and Digital Transformation: Some feedback called for highlighting Dong Nai's specific achievements in this area. The province responded by noting that it ranks among the top 14 provinces in digital transformation, with 90 percent of officials trained in digital skills, aiming for the digital economy to account for over 30 percent of GRDP by 2030.

Social Housing and Environment: Some feedback recommended adding concrete targets in this area. In response, the provincial Party Congress documents now set a goal of building around 65,000 social housing units during the 2025–2030 period, along with completing drainage infrastructure and improving systems for wastewater and solid waste treatment.

In addition to thematic content, feedback also addressed evaluations of the 2020–2025 term, identified limitations and their causes, and proposed directions, goals, and key tasks for the 2025–2030 term. Input was also given on breakthrough missions, human resource planning, and the action plan for implementing the Congress resolution.

Dong Nai has seriously reviewed and revised its drafts in a spirit of openness and accountability, reflecting the Provincial Party Committee's constructive approach. The final documents are designed to closely follow central directives while also capturing the province's dynamic realities in the post-merger context.
