Celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with thousands of labour union members and workers' children

On the morning of September 28, in celebration of the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, many grassroots labor unions at enterprises across Dong Nai organized Mid-Autumn programs for labor union members and the children of workers.

Specifically, the grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina JSC (Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai) organized a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration with the participation of 3,000 union members, workers, and their children.

At the event, workers’ families and their children enjoyed lion dances, received gifts, participated in interactive games with prizes, joined star lantern parades, and were treated to a variety of lively cultural performances.

A highlight of this year’s celebration was the Mooncake Baking Contest, organized by the grassroots labor union’s Executive Committee, which featured 24 teams representing various departments within the company. The event also featured a lucky draw with attractive prizes, including tablets, bicycles, and electric fans, which added excitement and engagement for participants.

According to the grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina JSC, the Mid-Autumn Festival program created a warm, meaningful, and wholesome space for children. It also reflected the responsibility of both the company and the trade union in caring for the lives of workers and their families, while encouraging employees to feel secure and committed in their work.

At New Apparel Far Eastern (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. in Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province, the grassroots trade union distributed over 3,500 Mid-Autumn gift boxes containing mooncakes to union members, with a total value of nearly 800 million VND.

At Tokin Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province), the grassroots labor union presented nearly 900 gift packages to union members throughout the company. Many workers expressed their joy and appreciation for the thoughtful care and attention provided by the labor union during this year's Mid-Autumn Festival.

In addition, many enterprises organized various festive activities, such as lantern-making contests, Mid-Autumn night celebrations, and cultural and sports events, for their workers.
