An Loc Plaza (Binh Long ward) is anticipated to evolve into a modern complex for shopping, entertainment, and dining, bringing together a wide range of reputable brands while affirming Dong Nai’s position and appeal in this new stage of development.
On the afternoon of September 17, Hai Vuong Manufacturing - Construction - Trading and Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Sikico Group) and Central Retail signed a strategic cooperation agreement, together with holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the upgrade of An Loc Plaza Trade Center.
Attending the ceremony were comrades, including Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Council; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee; along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches and localities in the province.
Also attending were Nguyen Tan Hung, former Member of the Party Central Committee and former Secretary of the former Binh Phuoc provincial Party Committee, and Tran Tue Hien, former Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and former Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of the former Binh Phuoc province.

Located in Binh Long ward, An Loc Plaza is designed as a model trade center covering over 1.7 hectares and featuring more than 26,000 square meters of commercial floor space. Phase 1 of the project is anticipated to be completed by April 30, 2026, aiming to establish a new commercial and service landmark for Dong Nai province.

Congratulating the collaboration between Sikico Group and Central Retail, Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, affirmed that this serves as a testament to the dynamism and appeal of the province's investment environment. Emphasizing that An Loc Plaza is one of the strategic projects aligned with the province’s socio-economic development orientation, Comrade Vo Tan Duc expressed his hope that upon completion, the project will not only create more jobs for residents but also contribute to fostering growth, gradually shaping a vibrant urban landscape for the northern region of Dong Nai province.

At the ceremony, delegates witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Sikico Group and Central Retail. Under the agreement, Central Retail will launch its GO! supermarket at An Loc Plaza, introducing a modern retail model to serve the shopping needs of residents in Dong Nai Province better.
