Active preparations underway for Dong Nai’s 2025–2030 Provincial Party Congress

Carefully preparation underway for the draft documents of the congress

According to Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of its Organisation Commission, and Party Committee Secretary of the Provincial Party Agencies, said that in a bid to conduct a thorough, comprehensive, objective, and honest assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020–2025 term, and to set out the goals, tasks, solutions, and breakthrough areas for the 2025–2030 term in line with the practical realities of the province after the merger, the Provincial Standing Party Committee has directed the preparation of the congress draft documents with great diligence and seriousness. Numerous conferences and workshops have been held to collect feedback from experts, scholars, past and current provincial leaders, central agencies, Party members, and people from all walks of life in the province. Bao emphasized that the draft document embodies the combined wisdom and commitment of the entire Party organisation and people of Dong Nai.

The organisation of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress is indeed a significant political undertaking for the entire Party, government, and people of Dong Nai Province. Therefore, it is essential to foster a vibrant and enthusiastic spirit of emulation and strive to achieve excellent results across all sectors and fields, thereby making practical contributions to celebrating the congress.

Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, Deputy Head in charge of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilisation Commission of the provincial Party Committee, stated that the draft Political Report for the 2025–2030 Provincial Congress has been prepared for the eight time until now and received thousands of comments. At the congresses of 99 grassroots Party organisations, 2,707 contributions were submitted. In addition, 56 former provincial leaders and numerous central ministries and agencies provided feedback. The majority agreed with the report’s structure and content, praising its thorough preparation as a reflection of the shared vision and commitment of Dong Nai’s Party organization and people. There was also strong consensus on the forecasts, strategic orientations, goals, and key breakthrough tasks for the upcoming term.

Suggestions focused on clarifying data, addressing existing limitations, aligning targets with local realities, and proposing practical measures across Party building, socio-economic development, science and technology, environment, security and defence, and cultural issues.

Based on the feedback from Party committees, central and former provincial leaders, ministries, and experts, the Standing Party Committee has directed a review to update and supplement appropriate content into the draft political report to be submitted to the congress. Key points have been incorporated into action plans to be carried out through projects, programs, and implementation plans during the 2025–2030 term.

Ready for a landmark political event of Dong Nai province

Vien Hong Tien, Provincial Party Committee member, Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of the Ward People’s Council, said the draft political report for the 2025–2030 Provincial Party Congress is well-structured, coherent, and grounded in the achievements of the two provinces prior to their merger. The report’s sections are logically connected and presented in a clear, scientific manner. The Congress’s motto is short, memorable, reflecting the development aspirations of the provincial Party organization, aligned with the country’s broader transition and progress over the next five years and beyond.

The draft report outlines the Provincial Party Committee’s guiding vision for the term, emphasizing balanced development across all regions, particularly border and disadvantaged areas. It demonstrates the province’s commitment to reducing the gap between the rich and the poor, and ensuring that all citizens benefit from the development of their homeland and country.

The draft political report also highlights breakthrough tasks for the 2025–2030 term, closely reflecting the province’s current situation and providing strong leadership and inspiration for the Dong Nai Party Committee and people to confidently step into the age of prosperity.

Alongside preparing the Congress documents, the Provincial Standing Party Committee has guided the development of the personnel process for Party committees and organizational arrangements to serve the congress, contributing to the successful organization of the 2025–2030 term Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress.

For personnel management, the Standing Party Committee has carried out all steps carefully according to the guidelines of the Central Organization Commission. The draft personnel plan for the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Party Committee, and Provincial Inspection Committee for the 2025–2030 term has been prepared concretely, based on the requirements of the Congress and the availability of local personnel.

Currently, the Provincial Party Office has been coordinating with the standing agencies of the two subcommittees (Congress Documents and Personnel) to finalize the proposals, document content, and personnel plans. These are being submitted to the Politburo, the Secretariat, Party commissions, the Central Party Office, and Politburo approval members for feedback on the draft documents of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, as required..

From now until the upcoming Congress, the Provincial Standing Party Committee will continue preparing documents to report to the Politburo on the organization of the event, incorporating feedback to complete the draft Congress documents. At the same time, it will strengthen public communication and guide social opinion on the main content of the political report, highlighting notable achievements, key directions, breakthrough areas, and core tasks, while promoting practical emulation movements to create momentum for the 2025–2030 Provincial Party Congress.
