4,100 voters attend meetings with National Assembly deputies of Dong Nai province

On the morning of September 18, according to information from the Delegation of National Assembly (NA) Deputies of Dong Nai province, since the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the delegation has focused on carrying out key tasks, with an emphasis on innovation and improving working methods, gradually enhancing the quality and effectiveness of its operations.

Accordingly, since the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the provincial Delegation of NA Deputies has conducted six surveys and supervision activities, with one more supervision scheduled for the end of September 2025. Among these, the delegation carried out three supervisions focusing on land planning, management, and use in the 2021-2025 period across the province; the implementation of laws and policies on the management and use of public assets in the province from 2018 to December 31, 2024; and the progress of issuing land use right certificates in Trang Dai ward.

The delegation has also issued a decision and plan to oversee the implementation of laws and policies on market management, the fight against counterfeit goods and smuggling, and the protection of consumer rights across the province, covering the period from January 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025. The oversight activity is scheduled to take place at the end of September 2025. In addition, the delegation has coordinated in conducting of three surveys and oversight activities carried out by the National Assembly’s Committee for Legal and Judicial Affairs and the Committee for Economic and Financial Affairs.

According to the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, the delegation also conducts regular oversight by monitoring and urging the resolution of citizens’ complaints and denunciations submitted to local authorities. As a result, the rate of resolution by competent local agencies has remained high.

The supervision of responses from competent authorities at both central and local levels to voters’ opinions and petitions has become increasingly substantive. This effort is carried out through the work of synthesizing voters’ feedback and recommendations, forwarding them to the relevant authorities, and monitoring and urging those agencies to review, address, and provide timely responses. Most of the voters’ opinions and petitions forwarded by the provincial Delegation of NA Deputies have been considered, resolved and responded to by competent authorities according to the provisions of law.

Recently, after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the provincial Delegation of NA Deputies held meetings with voters at 23 locations across 95 communes and wards in the province, with the participation of 4,100 voters. As a result, a total of 295 opinions and suggestions were recorded, including 96 under central jurisdiction and 199 under local jurisdiction. The delegation compiled and reported these to the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee as required.
