Xuan Loc commune promotes the Patriotic Emulation Movement

On August 8, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, who is also Chairwoman of the Provincial Women’s Union, Le Thi Thanh Loan, attended and directed the first conference to commend exemplary role models, in 2025 - 2030 period, in Xuan Loc commune. This commune was selected by the province as a pilot site for launching the Patriotic Emulation Movement.

Through reviewing emulation and commendation work in the 2020-2025 period, it can be seen that: emulation movements have been effectively implemented by cadres, Party members and people of Xuan Loc Commune. Typical examples include the emulation movement to strive to successfully complete socio-economic development goals and tasks; promote research, application of science - technology and digital transformation; well performing national defense and security tasks, creating a stable and safe environment for socio-economic development...

The patriotic emulation movements have contributed to accelerating socio-economic growth, maintaining political security, and ensuring social safety. The commune’s total budget revenue reached nearly VND 420 billion, up 1.4 times compared to the 2015–2020 term. Xuan Loc also met the targets for advanced new-style rural commune, model new-style rural commune, and civilized urban area for 2021–2025.

Addressing the conference, comrade Le Thi Loan urged local authorities, sectors, socio-political organizations, and all residents in Xuan Loc commune to continue to innovate the content, form and method of organizing emulation movements in a specific, practical and effective direction; linking emulation with key tasks and breakthroughs of the commune; Strengthening the propaganda and dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation; raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and people from all walks of life in emulation and reward work.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Xuan Loc Commune People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 15 individuals, who have outstanding achievements in emulation movements during 2020–2025 period.
