In implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa Commune has deployed task management software for all leaders and specialists of the Party and mass organizations in the locality. The Xuan Hoa Commune People's Committee has also rolled out the Dni-s document management system across professional agencies, public service units, and all 14 schools in the commune. As a result, 100 percent of official documents are now received and processed in a digital environment. The rate of digitally signed documents has reached 90 percent in the Party sector and 93.4 percent in the State sector.
As part of administrative reform efforts, since July 1, the Commune People's Committee has received over 3,000 administrative procedure dossiers, 93.2 percent of which were submitted online. The rate of dossiers processed on time or ahead of schedule has reached 100 percent. The commune has digitized more than 3,000 dossiers, with 97.8 percent of components and nearly 96.8 percent of results successfully digitized.
