Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Football Club President Pham Huong Son retains position as Chairman of Dong Nai Tourism Association

The People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province issued Decision No. 573/QD-UBND approving the merger of the former Dong Nai Tourism Association and the former Binh Phuoc Tourism Association into the new Dong Nai Tourism Association, and ratifying the Association’s charter.

The Decision also recognized a provisional Executive Committee consisting of 32 members. Among them, Pham Huong Son, Chairman of Truong Tuoi Group, President of Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Football Club (former Chairman of the former Binh Phuoc province’s Tourism Association), will serve as Chairman of the new Dong Nai Tourism Association; Huynh Quoc Bao was appointed as Standing Vice Chairman, and Nguyen Thi Tuyet will serve as Vice Chairwoman and concurrently Secretary-General of the Dong Nai Tourism Association.

Earlier, the Tourism Associations of both former Binh Phuoc and former Dong Nai provinces held a conference to develop a merger scheme, agreeing to formulate short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies and orientations based on careful study of the tourism development orientations of the two localities.

The new Dong Nai Tourism Association will act as the central coordinating body for inter-regional connectivity activities, gradually developing the Dong Nai tourism region into an attractive destination for both domestic and international visitors.

With the mission “Creating Value - Sharing Companionship,” the Dong Nai Tourism Association will continue to serve as a bridge between authorities and businesses, helping address regulatory and policy challenges, facilitating the growth of tourism enterprises, particularly towards green tourism and community-based tourism. These efforts will contribute to generating employment for workers in local, remote, and far-off areas.
