The toll rate will be 2,000 VND per PCU per kilometer (PCU refers to the standard passenger car unit). This rate includes an 8% value-added tax (VAT). Regarding the toll collection method, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway will implement a closed toll system, calculating fees based on the actual distance traveled. The toll collection method is 100% electronic toll collection (ETC) at all lanes of the toll stations located on the project's operational sections, including: 01B, 02A/B, 03, 04, 06, and 07.

According to VEC, in the first half of 2025, the company opened nearly 30 kilometers of the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway to traffic and put it into operation, including: the western section from Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong intersection (Km0 + 600) to Nguyen Van Tao intersection (Km21 + 850) and the section from Phuoc An intersection (Km50 + 530) to National Highway 51 intersection (Km57 + 581).

Once in operation, the sections of the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway will play an important role in reducing traffic congestion, accidents, and overall traffic pressure, while enhancing transport capacity. This initiative will facilitate travel for residents and the movement of goods, thereby promoting the socio-economic development of the surrounding areas.

On April 1, 2025, VEC issued Decision No. 320/QĐ-VEC-HĐTV on the service fee rates for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, which is managed and operated by VEC. Up to now, the electronic toll collection system has been completed, installed, tested, and is ready for operation. At the same time, VEC began implementing its public communication campaign in May 2025 through mass media and issued notifications to the Vietnam Automobile Transport Association, in accordance with Circular No. 34/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 14, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Transport, now the Ministry of Construction.

The Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project has a total length of nearly 58 kilometers, with more than 28 kilometers running through Dong Nai Province. The project is expected to be fully completed and put into synchronous operation in 2026.
