Among the Provincial-affiliated Party Committees, 2,707 comments were collected at the congress with the participation of representatives from 99 Provincial-affiliated Party Committees.
In addition, 56 former provincial leaders throughout periods provided their feedback.
As for the Central ministries, agencies and sectors, feedback was received from the Party Central Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The Provincial Party Committee organized a scientific seminar to gather opinions on the draft document for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The event received 21 written presentations from scientists and experts, along with 14 oral presentations.
At the Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference held on August 15, 2025, 12 comments were presented.
The majority of the feedback on the draft document for the Provincial Party Congress for 2025-2030 tenure expressed consensus with the structure of the draft political Report, including praising its meticulous and serious preparation, reflecting the collective intelligence and dedication of the entire Dong Nai Party Committee and its people. There was broad agreement with the report’s forecasts, strategic orientations, guiding viewpoints, objectives, key tasks, and breakthrough solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Alongside this consensus, many constructive suggestions were made to refine the report to make it more specific and comprehensive. These focused on providing evaluations, identifying remaining limitations and their causes, and proposing specific goals and actionable solutions for the upcoming term. Suggestions emphasized the need for more precise data, inclusion of overlooked shortcomings, adjustment of targets to align with practical realities, and the formulation of practical, breakthrough measures in critical areas such as Party building, socio-economic development, science and technology, environment, national defense and security, as well as culture and human development.
One notable focus was the affirmation that achieving double-digit economic growth is feasible if Dong Nai leverages its post-merger advantages, particularly its strategic role as the central hub of the Southeast region. The province boasts modern transportation infrastructure, including Long Thanh International Airport, a network of ports and expressways, and a robust processing and manufacturing industry capable of meeting future development demands.
Based on the feedback from local Party Committees, Central leaders, former provincial leaders, Central ministries, agencies and bodies, experts, and scientists… the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has directed the review, update, and incorporation of relevant contents into the draft political Report for submission to the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for 2025-2030 term. Some of the contents are included in the Action Program, which will be implemented through projects, programs, and plans throughout the upcoming term.
