Thorough preparations for the 2025–2030 Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of August 25, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Council, Ton Ngoc Hanh, presided over a meeting on preparations for the 2025-2030 Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee.

Attending the meeting were Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chair of the Provincial People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Chair of the Inspection Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Provincial Party Committee members and Vice Chairs of the Provincial People's Committee, Ho Van Ha and Nguyen Kim Long; along with leaders of the Party Committee's departments.

At the meeting, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee Office reported that, to date, the Office has coordinated with the standing bodies of the two sub-committees on Documents and Personnel to finalize the submissions, document contents, and personnel plans. These have been submitted to the Politburo, the Secretariat, relevant Party committees, the Central Office of the Communist Party, and members of the Politburo's Approval Team for feedback on the documents for the Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, in accordance with regulations.

The draft political report is currently in its eighth version. Its preparation has incorporated feedback from party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee, central agencies, experts, scientists, officials, party members, and residents across the province.

The personnel work for the congress has been implemented in accordance with the procedures and guidelines of the Central Organizing Commission.

Organizational and logistical preparations for the congress have included selecting the venue, compiling the list of delegates, developing a plan to ensure absolute security, order, and safety, and preparing propaganda and exhibition activities for the event.

After listening to reports from leaders of agencies and units on the preparations for the congress and key tasks for the upcoming period, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue coordinating with relevant agencies and units to review and advise the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee on selecting a suitable venue for the 2025-2030 Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee.

Furthermore, it is necessary to strengthen communication efforts about the congress to help cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people from all walks of life deeply grasp the meaning and importance of Party congresses at all levels. This undertaking will build unity in ideology, awareness, and action within the Party, and foster consensus across society.
