The first congress of the party committee of Bao Vinh ward, 2025-2030 tenure

On the morning of August 12, the Party Committee of Bao Vinh Ward held the preparatory session of its First Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure. The congress was attended by 150 official delegates from 14 subordinate party cells and grassroots party committees, representing 669 Party members of the ward’s Party Committee.

Speaking at the congress, Nguyen Bich Thuy, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Bao Vinh Ward, called on delegates to harness collective wisdom in discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents submitted to the congress, with a spirit of focus and responsibility. She urged them to offer many practical inputs across all fields, especially proposals for solutions the Party Committee should prioritize and direct in the 2025–2030 term, in order to successfully achieve the goal of developing Bao Vinh Ward along the path of an agricultural urban area, together with Dong Nai Province entering a new era of the nation.

Nguyen Bich Thuy, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Bao Vinh Ward, noted that during discussions and contributions of opinions, delegates should focus on in-depth study and clearly express their views on the contents approved at the preparatory session, while also identifying consensus positions to serve as a basis for implementation throughout the congress.

Each delegate must strictly observe the congress’s rules and working regulations, uphold the principle of democratic centralism, and contribute opinions on the contents of the preparatory session to ensure the best possible preparation for the official working session to be held on the afternoon of August 12.

Immediately after the opening of the preparatory session, delegates were divided into groups to discuss the contents and working program of the congress.
