The Dong Nai Provincial Department of Industry and Trade launches the “Digital Learning” campaign

The Dong Nai Provincial Department of Industry and Trade has just issued  Plan No. 1432/KH-SCT on launching the “Digital Learning” campaign to enhance knowledge in science, technology, innovation, and digital skills for its civil servants, public employees and employees.

Accordingly, the plan aims to seriously and effectively implement the policies and directives of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People’s Committee regarding breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Simultaneously, it seeks to establish and maintain a regular and continuous “Digital Learning” campaign among all officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department of Industry and Trade.

The plan requires that the learning content be practical, closely aligned with the functions and duties of the industry and trade sector and the provincial digital transformation requirements. The forms of organization must be diverse, flexible, and creative, prioritizing the use of digital platforms to facilitate and encourage the participation of all officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

This campaign must be maintained regularly with monitoring, evaluation, timely recognition, and commendation to create motivation and avoid a perfunctory approach. All officials, civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Department are required to participate in at least one form of learning under this plan.

The plan also outlines three key areas of content and solutions to be implemented on a regular basis: raising awareness and enhancing propaganda efforts; organizing periodic and in-depth training and capacity-building activities; and promoting a self-study and self-research on digital platforms.
