Each year, over 96% of households are recognized as “cultural families”, and 95% of residential areas meet cultural standards. Some traditional festivals of ethnic minority communities have been preserved. The education sector has experienced positive changes, and the healthcare system adequately meets the primary medical examination and treatment needs of the people. By 2025, the commune aims to reduce the number of poor households to 14 and near-poor households to 26. During the past term, the commune mobilized and raised funds to build 76 charity and great solidarity houses, with a total budget of over 7 billion VND, and successfully eliminated all 20 temporary or dilapidated houses in the area.

Party building and political system development have consistently been given priority. The entire Party Committee currently has 51 subordinate grassroots Party cells and organizations. During this term, 88 new Party members were admitted, achieving 104% of the target set by the resolution. Inspection and supervision work has been carried out rigorously, while mass mobilization has been effectively implemented, and the great national unity bloc has grown increasingly strong.
