Tan Hung Commune Party Committee determines to successfully build a comprehensive and strong Commune

On the morning of August 9, Tan Hung Commune Party Committee, Dong Nai Province, held the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The congress was attended by 179 delegates representing 598 Party members of commune Party Committee.

Attending the congress were Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Council Ton Ngoc Hanh; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi; former leaders of the former Binh Phuoc Province; leaders of Party committees, provincial departments, sectors, and localities.

During the 2020–2025 term, under the close leadership of the Party Committee level, the flexible administration of the commune’s Party Committee and government, the consensus and solidarity of the people and businesses from three communes of Tan Hung, Thanh An, and An Khuong which belonged to former Hon Quan District, the locality effectively implemented socio-economic development tasks; completed the new-style rural program; and ensured national defense and security.

The favorable factors in terms of natural conditions, human resources, cultural, historical, and revolutionary traditions, along with new opportunities and the strong development momentum of Dong Nai Province, are solid foundation and favorable conditions for the Tan Hung Commune Party Committee to build a resolution for its 1st congress. This resolution outlines 17 key targets, 4 central tasks, and 3 breakthrough solutions aimed at successfully doing the goal of building Tan Hung commune into a prosperous and civilized locality.

With the motto: “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development”, Tan Hung Commune Party Committee’s Congress unanimously approved important targets for the new term, such as annually, 90% or more of political-social organizations to be rated as completing tasks well or better; striving for 90% or more of files of administrative procedures that have provided online public services at level 3 and 4 to be received and processed via online; annual state budget revenue to meet or exceed assigned targets; striving for an average annual revenue growth of 5–10%; per capita income by 2030 increased by 45% compared to 2025; and the poverty rate according to the multidimensional standard to be kept below 1.5%, etc.

In his directive speech, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi acknowledged and praised the achievements which the locality has made in the past term. He also requested Tan Hung commune to continue identifying socio-economic development as the central task, Party building as the key task, cultural and human development as the spiritual foundation, and strengthening national defense and security as the frequent and crucial task. Of these, he emphasized focusing on developing high value-added service sectors, mobilizing maximum internal and external resources for investment in socio-economic infrastructure, especially the construction of transport routes, public works, and industrial clusters; paying attention to implement social welfare programs and policies, creating jobs, and sustainably reducing poverty in order to promote the commune’s rapid and sustainable socio-economic development in the new period, as set out in the Commune Party Committee’s resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
