The conference provided information on the new provisions and regulations in the 2024 Social Insurance Law and the 2024 Health Insurance Law. It also analyzed the rights and benefits of businesses, employers, and employees when participating in SI and HI, as well as outlined regulations on contribution subjects, contribution rates, methods of payment, and responsibilities for paying SI, HI, and UI according to the rules effective from July 1, 2025.

Representatives of specialized officers from provincial Social Insurance departments, along with representatives of relevant provincial departments, agencies, and sectors, listened to and addressed enterprises' concerns related to social insurance policies and procedures for registering and participating in social and health insurance. They also provided detailed information and reports on each unit and enterprise, including the number of employees currently employed but not yet registered for compulsory social insurance as required by law. The conference also covered regulations on personal income tax deductions, legal provisions concerning prohibited acts and violations, and penalties under the Criminal Code for delays or evasion in paying SI and HI for employees.
