On the morning of August 10, Phu Ly Commune Party Committee held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Agencies attended and delivered a speech directing the congress.

Also attending were former communal leaders throughout periods and 130 delegates representing 254 party members in the entire commune Party Committee.

During the past term, the Phu Ly Commune Party Committee achieved 100% of the targets set out in the resolution. Notably, in 2024, the locality was recognized by the Prime Minister as a model new-style rural commune. There has been much progress in the cultural and social fields, social security has been ensured... In addition, the economic structure of the commune is shifting in the right direction.

Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Phu Ly Commune People's Council Nguyen Thanh Tuyen said: The path ahead is full of new opportunities and chances, yet also poses many difficulties and challenges. The entire Party Committee, the entire people and the entire army maintain solidarity and consensus; train their mettle, improve their intelligence, promote the spirit of innovation, proactiveness, creativity, join hands to overcome all difficulties and challenges, being determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, together with Dong Nai province and the whole country entering a new era, the era of national rise.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Agencies highly appreciated many outstanding achievements that the Phu Ly Commune Party Committee had achieved. He suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Phu Ly Commune should continue to focus on building internal solidarity and unity, upholding the principle of democratic centralism, promoting collective intelligence and the exemplary role of key officials, building a commune government close to the people, serving the people. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure social security and improve the quality of education.

Comrade Thai Bao suggested: Phu Ly Commune Party Committee should focus on investing in developing essential infrastructure. Priority should be given to projects for regional connectivity to attract socialized resources. In addition, each local cadre and Party member must be a role model to be worthy of the trust of the people and the expectations of superiors.

At the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Agencies Thai Bao presented the congress with a flower basket and a banner with the content: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development - Building a rich and civilized Phu Ly commune".
