On the afternoon of August 20, Dong Nai University held a ceremony to announce several decisions issued by the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee. Attending the event was Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.

At the ceremony, it was officially announced that the Grassroots Party Committee of Dong Nai University has been re-established under the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee. This reorganization is based on the full transfer and continuation of the Party structure and membership from the former Grassroots Party Committee of Dong Nai University, which had previously operated under the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee prior to the administrative merger.

The announcement also included the appointment of two key personnel to the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. Nguyen Van Toan, Chairman of the University Council, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee, and Dang Anh Tuan, Acting Principal, was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Nai University.

Congratulating the newly appointed officials, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung emphasized that the appointments are both an honor and a responsibility, requiring continued self-discipline, the promotion of leadership capacity, solidarity, and exemplary conduct. He urged the new leaders to provide comprehensive guidance and oversight across all areas of Party work and to fulfill their assigned duties effectively.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee urged the newly appointed officials to assume their responsibilities quickly, uphold the principle of democratic centralism, maintain internal unity, and actively propose solutions to improve the quality of Party-building work and promote the continued development of Dong Nai University.

The Deputy Secretary also requested the Party Committee of Dong Nai University to create favorable conditions and coordinate closely to support the newly appointed officials in fulfilling their duties. He emphasized the need to review and update the Party Committee's working regulations and assign specific responsibilities to each member of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary to ensure effective implementation.

He also called on all Party members and staff within the Party Committee to continue demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, solidarity, and support for the leadership of the Party Committee of Dong Nai University. This collective effort is essential to building a truly cohesive and unified organization capable of effectively implementing the Party's resolutions and the strategic programs and plans set forth by the university's Board of Rectors.

Additionally, the Party Committee was directed to review its inspection and supervision programs, as well as those of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, to ensure compliance with Party regulations and proper oversight of Party organizations and members.

Nguyen Van Toan, newly appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of the University Council of Dong Nai University, affirmed that the Party Committee will apply the guiding principle of "Solidarity, Democracy, Discipline, Innovation, and Development" to advance the university's growth. The goal is to build Dong Nai University into a leading, reputable institution in the region, capable of providing high-quality human resource training for the province and the broader area.
