(DN) - On July 30, according to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, nearly 400 companies in the province have registered their need to recruit approximately 12,000 workers. Over half of these vacancies are for manual labor positions. The sectors with the highest demand include textiles, footwear, furniture, and electronics, with a need for more than 9,000 workers.

The Dong Nai Employment Service Center noted that in the first half of 2025, production and business activities have shown signs of recovery and growth, prompting many companies to expand operations and boost recruitment. However, the supply of labor, especially manual workers, is insufficient. Job seekers are encouraged to apply directly with companies, participate in job fairs, or contact the center for free career counseling and job placement services.
To bridge the gap between labor supply and demand, the center has ramped up both fixed-location and mobile job fairs, while also supporting companies in conducting on-site recruitment in remote areas. In the long term, to retain workers, the center emphasized that companies should offer competitive salaries and bonuses, improve working conditions, and provide additional benefits to ensure employees feel secure and committed to long-term employment.
