More than 240 workers delighted with 65,000 VND Trade Union meal

On August 12, the grassroots Trade Union of Elma Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach Commune) coordinated with the company’s Board of Directors to organize a Trade Union meal for more than 240 workers.

Accordingly, each meal was valued at 65,000 VND per person/portion (with 30,000 VND supported by the Trade Union and 35,000 VND funded by the Company). The meal offered a greater variety of dishes than usual, including grilled ribs, beef stewed in wine sauce, bone soup, salad, soft drinks, bananas, and yogurt.

On this occasion, the company’s Trade Union also organized birthday celebrations for workers born in August and presented awards to outstanding employees for their performance in July 2025.

According to the Provincial Labor Federation, from the end of July 2025 to now, many grassroots Trade Unions in the province have coordinated with enterprises to organize special meals for workers, valued at over 50,000 VND each, with the highest at 95,000 VND per portion. Notably, businesses have all supported and been willing to contribute funds, accompanying the Trade Union in organizing events dedicated to workers, thereby fostering consensus and active participation from employees.
