Mobilizing combined strength for a sustainable, well-developed Phu Hoa commune

On August 9, the Party Committee of Phu Hoa commune, Dong Nai province, held its 1st Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. Colonel Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, attended and directed the congress.

The congress also saw the participation of Provincial Party Committee members, including Tran Van Mi, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee’s departments, the Provincial People’s Committee, commune leaders, and 181 official delegates representing 482 Party members across the commune’s Party Committee.

The theme of the congress is: “Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity, and aspiration for national development; firmly ensuring national defense and security; and mobilizing combined strength to build Phu Hoa commune toward comprehensive and sustainable development”.

During the 2020–2025 term, the Party Committee of Phu Hoa commune achieved many important accomplishments. Party building work was given priority, particularly in political and ideological affairs and in combating and refuting wrongful viewpoints. In addition, the commune’s efforts in building advanced and model new-style rural areas were also among its notable achievements.

In his directive speech at the congress, Colonel Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Phu Hoa commune Party Committee during the past term.

At the same time, he noted that as it enters the new term, Phu Hoa commune has considerable potential for socio-economic development. Therefore, the orientations, goals, key tasks, and three breakthroughs outlined in the political report are well aligned with the locality’s potential, advantages, and requirements for sustainable development in the new period.

Colonel Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, requested that in the new period, the Party Committee of Phu Hoa commune must strengthen Party building in association with building the political system, promote endogenous strength, and foster a united bloc within the entire Party Committee. He emphasized that this is a key task in the Party Committee’s leadership and direction, playing a decisive role in successfully implementing the congress’s resolution.

At the same time, he called for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of government management and administration, focusing on administrative procedure reform to facilitate the public, and using citizens’ satisfaction as a benchmark for evaluating the performance of officials and civil servants...
