Many activities held to mark 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, in the lead-up to the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945 – 2025), the Provincial Youth Union is organising a series of activities to promote awareness of the historical significance, contemporary value, and enduring legacy of these events.

Notably, during the commemorative period, Youth Union branches at all levels will launch a wide range of coordinated activities. These include disseminating, publishing, and sharing revitalised traditional musical works on digital platforms; hosting the "Aspiration for the homeland" Festival; and holding a simultaneous "I love my country" flag salute ceremony on August 16.

Additionally, a multi-platform communication campaign "Be Proud of Vietnam” will be launched on cyberspace. From August 1 to September 15, the ‘Everlasting memories’ campaign is planned to be implemented, aimed at raising awareness among Youth Union members and young people about the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day on September 2.
