Lieutenant Colonel Chu Van Hien, Head of the Command of Military Zone 3 in Dong Xoai reported to the working delegation that in recent times, the Party Committee, Command Board, and Party Committees at all levels have provided comprehensive and consistent direction in military and defense affairs, particularly regarding Party and political work. They have thoroughly grasped and implemented higher-level directives, resolutions, conclusions, and regulations to all officers, Party members, and soldiers.

As a result, cadres, Party members, and military personnel have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, unity, heightened vigilance, and strict adherence to combat readiness regulations, consistently fulfilling their assigned duties.

Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc praised the dedication and discipline of the provincial armed forces in general, and of the Command of Military Zone 3 in Dong Xoai in particular. He commended their firm leadership and determination in carrying out military and defense tasks, especially following the recent restructuring of the local military apparatus under the two-tier local government model.

He instructed the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, and specifically the Command of Military Zone 3 in Dong Xoai, to continue improving Party and political documentation, as well as combat readiness plans. He emphasized the need for close coordination with stationed forces in the area to ensure effective deployment and response to any unexpected situations.

Additionally, he urged a review of military facilities, efforts to expand production activities to improve troop welfare, and proactive consultation with local Party committees and governments regarding the 2026 military conscription campaign. He also stressed the importance of accomplishing all set tasks for 2025, with particular attention paid to ensuring absolute security during peak national celebrations.
