La Nga Commune Party Committee held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term on the morning of August 10. Colonel Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, attended and directed the congress. Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang also attended the congress along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committees' Departments, Provincial People's Committee, communes, and 171 official delegates representing 793 Party members of the commune Party Committee.
La Nga Commune was established through the merger of the former La Nga and Tuc Trung Communes. The commune covers a total natural area of nearly 135 square kilometers and has a population of over 33,300 residents. The vast majority of the population earns their livelihoods through agricultural production, small-scale trade and various trades. The commune's Party organization comprises 22 affiliated Party cells and branches.
In the spirit of unity, proactiveness, creativity, and high determination, the Party Committee, government, and people of La Nga Commune have upheld their revolutionary traditions, fostered self-reliance and resilience, overcome challenges, and successfully achieved the goals and tasks outlined in the Party Congress Resolution of the 2020–2025 term.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of La Nga Commune has set forth the following goals: Strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and a clean, strong political system; promoting solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation and creativity; mobilizing the combined strength to promote socio-economic development, having a reasonable economic structure and production organization forms, linking agriculture with the development of industry, handicrafts, trade, services and tourism; improving all aspects of people's lives, preserving cultural identity and fine traditions; firmly ensuring national defense and security; building La Nga into one of the localities with comprehensive development.
To realize this overarching goal and the key targets set for the 2025–2030 term, the Executive Committee of the La Nga Commune Party Committee will provide comprehensive leadership across all areas of work and direct the implementation of tasks and solutions as outlined in the Resolution of the first Party congress of the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, it is necessary to focus on implementing key tasks and solutions such as strongly attracting investment resources into agriculture; closely linking agriculture with industry, production with processing and consumption of agricultural products; synchronously developing services for agricultural production; continuing to effectively implement the national target program on new rural construction; promoting the development of trade, services, and tourism, gradually increasing the proportion of the industry in the economic structure. More efforts will be made to further invest in cultural development, placing people at the center.
