The Management Board of That Phu Co Mieu for the 2025–2030 term consists of 20 members, headed by Huynh Huu Nghia.
In his remarks, Huynh Huu Nghia noted that Ong Pagoda, constructed in 1684, is the earliest shrine in Southern Vietnam dedicated to Guan Yu and is closely associated with the history of formation and development of the Bien Hoa – Dong Nai region. In recent years, the Ong Pagoda heritage site has worked with provincial departments and local authorities to mobilize social resources for the restoration and preservation of the site, as well as to maintain its annual festival. In 2023, the Ong Pagoda Festival was officially recognized and included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
