Construction is scheduled to last 360 days and is expected to be completed and operational by September 2026.

This project contributes to gradually modernizing the university’s infrastructure to meet training scale demands in line with the school’s strategic development plan for 2021–2030. Upon completion, it will provide study space for nearly 4,500 full-time students at the same time and lay the foundation for the establishment of a branch campus of Ho Chi Minh City Open University in Dong Nai Province in the near future.
