From September 10, 205 social housing units to be sold, priced from VND 133 million to 888 million each

Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company announced that starting September 10, it will begin receiving applications to purchase social housing for 205 apartments at the workers’ apartment complex under the Housing Development Project in the service center area of Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom Commune, Dong Nai Province.

Applications will be received until all apartments are sold.

The apartments range in size from 31m² to 70m², with provisional selling prices from VND 4 million to 11.4 million per square meter (depending on the floor), equivalent to VND 133 million to 888 million per unit.

According to regulations, there are 10 groups of eligible buyers for social housing in this project, including workers and laborers currently employed at enterprises; government officials, public employees, and civil servants; and households or individuals whose land or houses have been expropriated, cleared, or demolished without receiving state compensation in the form of housing or residential land, among others.

The project will comprise a total of over 600 apartments. The investor has so far completed more than 200 units and is expected to begin the next phase, involving nearly 100 apartments, on August 19. This initiative is one of eight projects selected by Dong Nai Province for groundbreaking, inauguration, and commencement ceremonies in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
