Ensuring security and order to effectively serve integration and development

"Ensuring Security and Order to Effectively Serve the Integration and Development of Dong Nai Province in the New Context" was the theme of the provincial-level scientific seminar organized by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on the afternoon of August 13.

Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Public Security, together with Master Phan Xuan Linh, Principal of the Dong Nai Provincial Political School, co-chaired the seminar. In his opening remarks, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Public Security, emphasized that this scientific seminar carries significant value and importance in many aspects, particularly in the context of Dong Nai promoting economic integration, attracting investment, and developing industry, services, and infrastructure. He noted that the seminar would provide a scientific basis for Party committees and local authorities to formulate guidelines and policies, as well as to lead and direct efforts to ensure security and order. It also serves as a valuable source of reference for research, study, propaganda, education, and the mobilization of the masses to participate in the cause of safeguarding security and order.

At the seminar, representatives from the Provincial Public Security and various departments, agencies, and sectors delivered a range of presentations outlining concrete solutions. These included strengthening inter-sectoral coordination, enhancing public and business awareness and accountability in safeguarding security and order, and developing a provincial public security force that is increasingly professional, elite, and modern. Participants also analyzed and assessed the current situation, identified emerging risks and challenges to security and order, and shared practical experiences and solutions to improve the effectiveness of related efforts. The event provided a platform for scientists, experts, and seasoned officials to exchange both theoretical insights and practical approaches to ensuring security and order, thereby making a meaningful contribution to Dong Nai Province's integration and development.

The scientific seminar was one of the practical and meaningful activities held as part of a series of events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 – 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the All People Safeguard the Fatherland's Security Festival (August 19, 2005 – 2025).
