On August 30, the last working day before the National Day holiday, thousands of workers in Dong Nai wore red shirts with yellow stars as they went to work from early morning. At production workshops, they hung the national flags and took commemorative photos.
At Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Vien Commune), over 17,000 workers started their working day earlier than usual in a spirited and enthusiastic mood. In the workshops, employees dressed in red shirts and displayed national flags as a proud show of patriotism. In the late afternoon, many workers gathered to form a human star shape and took photos before finishing their shift for the holiday.

Le Van Tai, a worker at Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared: “These days, seeing our national flag displayed so vibrantly everywhere fills me with deep emotion. As a young worker, I actively participate in workplace emulation movements, constantly hone my skills and craftsmanship, and strive for innovation to bring practical benefits to both the company and society. To me, this is a proud continuation of the legacy passed down by our forefathers.”

At Quadrille Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward), thousands of workers also wore red shirts and decorated their workshops with national flags.
Nguyen Thi Hoa, Chairwoman of the company’s grassroots Trade Union, noted: "Joining in the nationwide spirit of celebration, our company’s workers and employees are joyfully commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. The Trade Union has intensified its communication efforts through various channels to emphasize the significance of the holiday, encouraging workers to express their pride and gratitude to previous generations who sacrificed for national independence and freedom. This, in turn, strengthens each worker’s sense of responsibility in contributing to the country’s development today."

At T.A Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province), in addition to launching emulation campaigns before and after the holiday, the company’s grassroots Trade Union, in coordination with the management board, organized a special "Trade Union Meal" for more than 1,200 workers, valued at VND 55,000 per meal. The company also allowed its workers to enjoy nine days off during the holiday and presented each employee with a holiday bonus of VND 500,000. Meanwhile, the grassroots Trade Union of the company gave the workers gifts, including a box of instant noodles, a bag of rice, and mooncakes.
Many businesses awarded holiday bonuses ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 VND per worker to encourage their employees, while also organizing cultural, sports, and tourism activities to foster solidarity and provide comprehensive care for the workforce.
