Specifically, over the past month, the operation of the two-tier local government model has further underscored the urgency of digital transformation. It is not only an inevitable trend but also a critical factor for optimizing processes, improving work efficiency, and delivering tangible benefits to citizens and businesses.
Therefore, this seminar aims to provide practical and feasible solutions to accelerate the province’s digital transformation. As a result, these solutions will serve as a crucial foundation for units and localities to further complete, refine and build a smarter, more modern public administration that better serves the people.
At the seminar, representatives from MISA Joint Stock Company introduced administrative and non-business units to digital transformation solutions on public financial management under the two-tier local government model; as well as solutions on digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) applications to boost productivity and operational efficiency of the units.
