At the same time, a provincial delegation is sent to attend the grand ceremony, military parade and march in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day in Hanoi on September 2, 2025.
According to the direction of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization on the allocation of delegates who have rendered meritorious services to the nation for the anniversary ceremony, parade and march, Dong Nai was assigned 177 delegates to join the celebrations. The province has proposed participants, including veteran revolutionaries, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labour Heroes, revolutionary contributors, policy families, representatives of ethnic minorities, and religious dignitaries.
At the “Exhibition of National Achievements on the Occasion of the 80th National Day”, Dong Nai presented local culinary culture at booth No. 27 in the “Green Culinary Train” area of the National Exhibition Centre (Dong Anh district, Ha Noi). The display, themed “Dong Nai – A Convergence and Spread of Flavours and Colors”, featured “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) specialities and an artistic model of Khue Van Pavilion at Tran Bien Temple of Literature, made from fruits and vegetables. Local dishes such as fried sticky rice balls stuffed with cashew nuts (80 cm in diameter) and noodle soup with catfish and rattan shoots were also demonstrated and served to visitors.
On this occasion, Dong Nai joins the “Proud of Viet Nam” program initiated by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The provincial Party Committee has instructed the provincial Youth Union to launch a political activity entitled “Proud of Viet Nam” among all young members across the province.
Officials, Youth Union members, and local residents were encouraged to simultaneously update their profile and cover photos on social media platforms while sharing content, images, and videos that reflect their pride in the national flag and the nation's and province's achievements.
Various media formats, including infographics, motion graphics, long-form articles, videos, and podcasts, have been developed to highlight the historical significance of the August Revolution, affirm the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, and showcase the country's remarkable achievements over the past 80 years. These efforts also emphasize the aspirations for a prosperous and happy Vietnam, with a special focus on stories of today's young generation inheriting and promoting the spirit of the August Revolution and National Day in the cause of national construction and defense.
