Dong Nai awards Party Badges to 1,188 Party members on the occasion of National Day

Do Duc Hoa, Provincial Party Member and Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, stated that to commemorate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to award Party Badges to 1,188 Party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

Among them, 5 Party members were honored with the 65-year Party Membership Badges, 36 received the 60-year Party Membership Badges, 72 were granted the 55-year Party Membership Badges, 111 had the 50-year Party Membership Badges, 278 Party members were presented with the 45-year Party Membership Badges, 331 got the 40-year Party Membership Badge; and 355 received the 30-year Party Membership Badges.

According to the Party Charter, Party members who have been involved in the revolutionary movement for many years, have maintained their Party conduct, and have over 30 years of Party membership are eligible to receive the Party badges.

Being awarded the Party Badge is not only a great honor for each Party member and their family but also a shared joy for the Party cell where the Party member is active. The Party badge is not merely a recognition of a Party member’s years of service, but also an acknowledgment of their efforts, dedication, moral qualities, and political courage. The organization of awarding Party Badges to eligible Party members has become a source of pride in the Party among the Party membership and the public. The event is also an opportunity for Party committees at all levels to express their deep gratitude for the contributions and dedication of veteran Party members.

The Party badge awarding ceremony is a politically significant event held annually to coincide with major anniversaries such as the founding of the Party (February 3), President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19), and National Day (September 2).
