In the concluding announcement, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc assigned the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction to study, synthesize, and address Dong Nai Province's recommendations on supporting investment capital for the construction and repair of transportation routes in the province.

Specifically, regarding Dong Nai province's proposal to support central budget capital to invest in two regional transportation infrastructure projects: building a bridge to replace Cat Lai ferry (Cat Lai bridge) and a connecting road from Provincial Road 753 via Ma Da bridge to Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc stated that investing in two projects is essential to promote socio-economic development of Dong Nai province. The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to study and synthesize the recommendations of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee in the process of developing a medium-term public investment plan for the 2026-2030 period, and report to the Government for submission to the National Assembly according to regulations.

Regarding the proposal to allocate funding for the comprehensive repair of national highways in the province (including National Highways 1, 20, 51, and 56), Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc assigned the Ministry of Finance to take the lead, in coordination with the Ministry of Construction, in reviewing Dong Nai's proposal during the process of developing the annual state budget estimate. The review must follow the principle that when tasks and authority are delegated to localities, sufficient resources must also be allocated to ensure effective implementation.
