Dak Lua Commune strives to achieve modern new rural standards

On August 12, the Party Committee of Dak Lua Commune held its first Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. Member of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission, Nguyen Minh Hoi, attended and directed the congress.

Also attending the congress were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Director of the Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade Vu Ngoc Long; Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Tan Phu Commune Tran Quang Tu; representatives from provincial departments and agencies; and leaders of Tan Phu District (former) from various periods.

In his opening speech, Phan Van Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Dak Lua Commune, stated that the Commune Party Executive Committee has set the orientation for construction and development over the next five years: to strengthen Party building and rectification, and to build a clean, strong political system; and to enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party organizations and the contingent of cadres and Party members.

The commune will mobilize all resources to accelerate the restructuring of crops and livestock toward greater productivity, quality, and efficiency; maintain political security and social order; uphold its status as an advanced new-style rural commune; and strive for sustainable development, aiming to meet the standards of a modern new-style rural commune.

In his directive speech at the congress, Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission, emphasized that to successfully achieve the objectives and tasks set for the new term, the Dak Lua Commune Party Committee must focus on effectively carrying out key tasks. In particular, the Party Committee should promptly finalize the plan to implement the congress’s resolution.

The commune needs to focus on attracting resources for development; accelerate infrastructure construction, especially investing in and upgrading transportation routes connecting within the commune and linking Dak Lua with the province’s major traffic arteries.

In addition, the Commune Party Committee must strengthen national defense and security, and maintain social order and safety. In particular, the commune should step up digital transformation in management and administration, and focus on building and effectively operating the Commune Public Administrative Service Center.
