Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center launches hemodialysis technique

Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center is a Grade III healthcare facility, comprising 70 beds and 34 doctors responsible for providing medical examination and treatment services to approximately 130,000 residents in the region.

After a period of preparation in terms of facilities, equipment, and machinery, the team of doctors and nurses has been trained and transferred hemodialysis techniques from Thong Nhat Dong Nai General Hospital and Binh Phuoc General Hospital. Up to now, Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center has officially deployed hemodialysis techniques.

The deployment of hemodialysis techniques at Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center not only demonstrates the local health sector's interest in improving the quality of medical examination and treatment but also affirms the determination to bring high-quality medical services closer to the people.

Director of Dong Nai provincial Department of Health, Do Thi Nguyen, requested Chon Thanh Regional Medical Center to continue training specialized human resources, ensuring that there are always enough highly qualified doctors to coordinate work, and ensuring professional initiative. At the same time, its medical staff should continue to learn, update knowledge, master techniques, and strictly follow professional procedures to ensure absolute safety for patients. In addition, the Medical Center was asked to do a good job of managing, operating, and preserving machinery and equipment systems.

At the same time, the Center was requested to proactively coordinate with Thong Nhat Dong Nai General Hospital, Binh Phuoc General Hospital to further receive professional and technical support and handle any professional issues that may arise during the implementation of hemodialysis.

Up to now, Dong Nai province has 17 medical facilities providing hemodialysis services, including 13 public and 4 non-public medical facilities with over 280 dialysis machines.
