To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the Vietnamese National Day, Buu Long Tourist Area, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province, has prepared many promotional programs as well as unique entertainment services to serve visitors.

Nguyen Danh Thinh, acting director of Buu Long Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the unit that manages and operates Buu Long Tourist Area in Tran Bien Ward, said this is the final holiday of 2025 and also a nationally significant event. As such, Buu Long Tourist Area has made careful preparations to both serve visitors and celebrate this important national occasion.
Discovering the “miniature Ha Long Bay” of the South
Known as the “miniature Ha Long Bay” of the South, Buu Long Tourist Area, with its charming natural scenery, has become the destination of tens of thousands of tourists during each holiday and Tet.
Huynh Thi Minh Chau (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province) shared that every year, the company where she works organizes events at Buu Long Tourist Area. This occasion is an opportunity for her to take her family to Buu Long to enjoy a full day of fun without being too costly. According to Chau, besides 40 free games, the paid ones are also affordable, making them suitable for working families like hers.
Chau said, “For this National Day holiday on September 2, my family plans to visit Buu Long Tourist Area. I’ve heard that this year it will be decorated with miniatures, flags, and flowers, and feature food and art programs to celebrate the occasion, so we’ll be able to enjoy entertainment, dining, and take souvenir photos comfortably.”

Many tourists coming to Buu Long Tourist Area believe that it attracts large numbers of visitors because of its beautiful natural scenery, with unique features such as Long An Lake located in the middle of the site. It is “shaped” by small scattered rocks on the lake surface, reminding visitors of a “miniature Ha Long Bay” right in the South. Visitors can also take swan-shaped pedal boats on the lake, enjoying the poetic scenery in the heart of Dong Nai’s urban area.

At Buu Long tourist area, besides exploring nature, tourists can also visit spiritual destinations such as Buu Phong ancient pagoda, Long Son Thach Dong pagoda, Thien Hau ancient temple, along with the national historical site Tran Bien Literature Temple, all of which create a vibrant spiritual complex.
Many promotional programs during the Vietnamese National Day
One of the promotional programs during the Vietnamese National Day that is attracting and awaiting tourists at Buu Long Tourist Area is the “Folk Food Festival” with more than 25 stalls and 100 attractive dishes, especially with artisans making cakes for visitors to watch and enjoy on the spot.
In addition, each day at the Folk Food Festival will feature special activities organized by Dong Nai Chefs’ Branch, such as: cooking and giving away 400 cups of pomelo sweet soup, performing fruit carving on a 2m model; on September 1, chefs will make an 8m-long cashew sausage along with a giant porridge pot; on September 2, they will make fresh spring rolls arranged on the map of Vietnam. All these activities are free of charge.

Providing further details about activities planned for the holiday, Nguyen Danh Thinh, acting director of Buu Long Investment and Development Co. Ltd., said Buu Long Tourist Area will install a large ultra-high-definition LED screen, allowing visitors to watch the live broadcast of the parade marking the 80th anniversary of National Day. Notably, on the morning of September 2, the tourist area will open at 6 a.m. and give away 80 coffee vouchers to the first 80 guests.
In addition, during the Vietnamese National Day, Buu Long Tourist Area will apply promotions for overnight guests. Specifically, a 2-day-1-night resort combo at a 2-star hotel with full entertainment at the tourist area is priced from only 450 thousand VND/combo for 2 adults and 2 children under 1.4m tall (limited number of combos).

With an all-inclusive ticket priced at 150,000 VND for adults and 60,000 VND for children, visitors can enjoy access to 40 free attractions at Buu Long Tourist Area, including: camping tents, A Glimpse of the Highlands, Dinosaur Park, Cycle of Rebirth, Love Bay, zoo, butterfly garden, bird garden, Long Son Peninsula, Great Wall area, tropical garden, Secret of the Magic Crossbow, and more. Available games include: roller coaster, swing ride, horse-drawn troop, flying plane, bumper cars, queen train, samba tower, tumbling octopus, among others.
Note that the following attractions are not included in the all-inclusive ticket: Snow Paradise, swan pedal boats, canoeing, and fish massage.
Experience the green steppe space at Buu Long
For this year’s September 2 holiday, Buu Long Tourist Area has added a new attraction to its collection: the Green Steppe corner. At the Green Steppe, visitors can enjoy a variety of scenic and memorable photo opportunities.
