All Party Committees under Dong Nai province completed their congresses for the 2025–2030 term

According to the Organization Commission of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, as of August 15, all 99 subordinate Party Committees under the province (100%) had held their congresses for the 2025–2030 term. These include 72 commune-level Party Committees, 23 ward-level Party Committees, and the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Public Security, and the Provincial Military Command.

The Party Committees under the province convened their congresses for the 2025–2030 term with two main agenda items: reviewing the implementation of the resolutions from the 2020–2025 Party Congress term (including the resolutions of Party Committees prior to consolidation and merger), and setting out orientations, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025–2030 term. The congresses also served as a forum to discuss and contribute feedback on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and those of their immediate superior Party Committees.

The preparation and organization of the congresses of Party Committees under the province were carried out thoroughly and in strict compliance, meeting the objectives and requirements in line with Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo, as well as guidelines from the Central level and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The propaganda work for the congresses was effectively implemented, creating a joyful, enthusiastic atmosphere and fostering consensus among cadres, Party members, and the people.

The draft documents submitted to the congresses were carefully prepared by the Party Committees, closely following the directions and orientations of the Central level and the Provincial Party Committee.

Security and order were ensured before, during, and after the congresses. The congresses were conducted on schedule, with the congresses of all grassroots-level Party Committees completed by August 15, 2025, as planned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Party Committees at all levels thoroughly disseminated documents from the Central level and the Provincial Party Committee regarding Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Through this, Party Committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, and the public have gained a deep understanding of the significance, objectives, requirements, necessity, and importance of organizing Party congresses at all levels, considering them a broad and profound political activity throughout the Party.

Cadres, Party members, and people from all walks of life in the province expressed confidence and enthusiasm about the achievements the locality has made over the past five years, including political stability; continued socio-economic and cultural development; strengthened and sustained national defense and security; and steady improvements in the material and spiritual well-being of the people. Notably, the congresses took place at a time when the entire country was vigorously undertaking a comprehensive and synchronized reform to streamline organizational structures, downsize the apparatus, and enhance the efficiency, performance, and effectiveness of the political system.

During the preparation and organization of the congresses, Party Committees at all levels assigned tasks and responsibilities with close, timely, and thorough guidance. The direction of pilot congresses and model congresses for gaining experience and replication was given due attention. Democracy within the Party and in society was expanded and made more substantive. The inspection and guidance work of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee and Party commissions was carried out regularly, promptly detecting, correcting, and addressing mistakes at Party Committees.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee focused on leadership and direction throughout the preparation and organization of the congresses of subordinate Party Committees. Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee were assigned to oversee specific localities, monitor and direct the implementation of the congresses, and promptly address difficulties, obstacles, or newly arising issues in each Party Committee.
