Retail, services sales hit VND185 tril in Jan-May

(ĐN) – Dong Nai’s total retail sales of consumer goods and services reached VND185 trillion in the first five months of this year, marking solid momentum in the local trade and services sector.

Specifically, this figure included over VND142.8 trillion from the former Dong Nai Province and more than VND42.1 trillion from the former Binh Phuoc.

Compared to the same period last year, local market demand showed steady improvement. The retail and service landscape remained vibrant, driven by stronger consumer confidence and purchasing power.

Retailers, shopping centers, supermarkets, and business households across the province have proactively secured supply sources, rolled out promotional programs, and launched sales campaigns to stimulate demand.

As a result, this proactive approach not only ensured sufficient goods during peak periods but also enhanced the overall shopping experience, ultimately contributing to consumption growth.
