(ĐN) - On July 22, Thong Nhat JSC announced that the apartment complex for workers, land plot NC2,belonging to the housing development project in the service center area of Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom commune, is one of 8 projects selected by the Provincial People's Committee for groundbreaking, commencement, and inauguration on the upcoming August 19.

The project has an area of nearly 20,500 square meters, including 6 apartment blocks of 5-6 stories high, with a scale of 624 apartments. Currently, 2 blocks of CC6and CC5 have been completed and put into use.
Block CC4, expected to break ground on August 19, has a construction area of nearly 1,000 square meters, a construction floor area of over 5,800 square meters, a scale of 75 apartments, with areas ranging from 45-63square meters/unit. According to the plan, the total construction time is 330 days, expected to be completed in July 2026.
According to Thong Nhat JSC, as of now, the project has completed the approval of construction drawings and has been granted a construction permit. The investor has selected the unit for construction, equipment installation, technical infrastructure, and auxiliary facilities for block CC4.
This is a housing project implemented within the industrial park to meet the housing needs of workers, laborers working inside and outside state agencies, and people in need of social housing.
