(ĐN)- In recent years, a variety of trade promotion activities, business matchmaking, and export facilitation programs have been flexibly implemented to help domestic enterprises expand their market. Notably, the 2025 Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair, held in HCM city on March, marked the largest event of its kind to date. It attracted nearly 750 Vietnamese businesses and about 200 international buyers from more than 25 countries and territories.

The fair showcased Vietnam's major export sectors such as agricultural products, processed foods, seafood, textiles and garments, handicrafts, industrial equipment, and logistics. Exhibitions featured products from several provinces and cities including Hanoi, Dong Nai, Long An, Bac Giang, and Hung Yen. A wide range of trade promotion activities were held as part of the event, including business-to-business networking with domestic and international distribution systems, cross-border e-commerce through platforms like Amazon and Alibaba, live-streamed product showcases with KOLs/KOCs, and a virtual exhibition on an e-commerce platform.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Dung of the HCM city People’s Committee emphasized that this year’s fair embraced the “green – clean – digital” export strategy, encouraging environmentally friendly products, digital transformation in trade, and optimized use of e-commerce channels. The event served as a vital bridge between Vietnamese enterprises and global markets, enabling them to expand partnerships, access new technologies, and shape sustainable export strategies.
Vu Ba Phu, Director General of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that the Ministry will continue to support localities and Vietnamese businesses by providing market information, facilitating business connections, and addressing difficulties arising during production, investment, and market expansion.
Dong Nai province participated with 24 enterprises, cooperatives, and OCOP entities, presenting signature products and typical rural industrial goods in a joint provincial booth. According to representatives from Dong Nai’s Trade Promotion Center, local businesses not only promoted their products but also held live-streamed sales directly at the fair to take advantage of media exposure and connect with consumers in real-time.
On this occasion, local enterprises in general and Quan Phat Group JSC (Thong Nhat district) in particular also used the opportunity to introduce key products like honeycomb honey and refined honey to potential partners. The company aimed to strengthen business connections via both traditional and digital trade promotion methods, gradually bringing high-quality Vietnamese products to international markets.
