Dong Nai to break ground on 13 social housing projects in 2025

(ĐN)- On April 28, Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha of the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with the Construction Department to review the implementation of social housing projects in the locality.

According to the report, the province aims to build at least 10,000 social housing units during the 2021–2025 period. Prime Minister assigned Dong Nai to complete over 2,600 units in 2025.

Dong Nai plans to break ground on 13 social housing projects totaling nearly 13,000 apartments this year. Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha asked relevant departments and agencies to coordinate with developers resolve issues related to land, site clearance in order to complete projects on schedule. He also emphasized the need for social housing in Bien Hoa city, Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts to ensure social welfare and the province’s sustainable socio-economic development.
