(ĐN)- Chairman Vo Tan Duc of the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee has requested major housing developers in Bien Hoa city to accelerate construction in order to meet housing demand and prepare infrastructure ahead of the planned merger with Binh Phuoc province.

The three main projects are the Long Binh Tan social housing project (nearly 1,100 units by Chuong Duong Homeland), the Phuoc Tan social housing project (1,200–1,500 units by An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development), and the Tan Van Tower (Fresia Riverside) high-rise apartment project (over 1,100 units by Tan Van Real Estate).
In addition to these, several commercial and resettlement housing projects are planned this year. The province emphasized the urgent need to resolve legal, land, and financial issues to support investors in accelerating construction, ensuring accommodation for around 1,600 incoming officials after the merger.
Specific tasks were assigned to relevant departments to support projects which are facing challenges in site clearance while urging developers to get keep their projects on schedule. Provincial leaders will also work directly with the investors to address remaining obstacles.
