(ĐN) – As of February 6, nearly 97% of workers in Dong Nai have resumed work at businesses across the province, according to the Dong Nai Labor Federation.

Enterprises in Đồng Nai adhered to Tet holiday regulations under the Labor Code, with some extending leave to give migrant workers more time to reunite with their families.

Labor relations remained stable before and after Tet, with no collective labor disputes or strikes reported.

Out of 1,588 enterprises with grassroots unions, 1,568 reported their Tet bonus plans, with an average bonus of nearly 11 million VND per worker. Employees with less than 12 months of service received proportional bonuses, with the lowest recorded bonus exceeding 6 million VND.

Due to financial constraints, over 65,000 workers chose to stay in Dong Nai for Tet, while around 14,000 continued working through the holiday, mainly in security, machinery supervision, and maintenance.

Dong Nai Labor Federation directed local unions to support workers staying behind, organizing gift distributions, cultural events, and gatherings to ensure their well-being and morale.
