Lieutenant Nguyen Van Linh, a non-commissioned officer of the Technique Department of the Naval Region II Command has been presented with a new house.
Among the expenditures for the house’s construction, VND 60 million was extracted from the Navy’s Fund “Day for the poor”.
Since the beginning of this year, the Naval Region II Command has built and handed over five houses to its needy troops in provinces of Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
