Over 14,100 elderly people get free health checks

(ĐN)- Over the past four months, Dong Nai Department for Population- Family Planning has provided gifts, free medical checks-up and medicines totaling over VND1.3 billion to more than 14,100 elderly people across the province.

Providing free health checks-up and medicines to elderly people in Bien Hoa city.

Among them, more than 12,000 elderly individuals have been identified with various dangerous illnesses, including high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, kidney disorders, joint issues, diabetes, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation, etc. These patients have been provided with doctor consultations for specialized examinations and treatment.
